To ensure safe and secure use of you blog you can control who see’s your Blog and what things they can see on it. All you need to do is that you can go onto you settings and click on ‘Privacy’ and at the top of the page there are 3 buttons one says “Allow search engines toindex this page”, another says “Ask search engines not to index this site” and the other says “I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose”. Click this on it will make you site avalible to only your followers. You can protect you personal details be not posting any imformation about where you live, what your name is and your date of birth. Also you should not give any details of where you are when you post them e.g just outside Etihad Stadium about to watch the greatest teamin the world at 12.00 noon. Leaving at 5.00 pm. You can protect you personal saftey by basicaaly doing what you do when you protect your personal details e.g Don’t posting any imformation about where you live, what your name is and your date of birth. You Should never give out your moblie number on or dont post any pictures of yourself or any of your friends or family members because people can track you down. You can decide what would be appropriate content for your Blog. You can do this by when you go on your Blog click on the button ‘Comments’ and if there is a comment that you want to put on your profile that one of your followers has commented on about a post. If you want to show it on your Blog your can click ‘Approve’ and if you dan’t want it on your blog you can click on ‘Trash’.

Viruses
A computer virus is a computer program that can replicate itself and spread from one computer to another. Viruses can increase their chances of spreading to other computers by infecting files on a network file system or a file system that is accessed by another computer.A true virus can spread from one computer to another when its user is taken to the target computer; for instance because a user sent it over the Internet, or carried it on a removable medium such as a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB drive.
Identity Theft
Identity Theft is where someone can steal your identity by using a computer and then going onto sites (Facebook) and changing your personal Details and posting comments and then your friends who look at your proflie think that you have posted somethingmean to someone who is in your school or something along the lines of that. Also identity theft can be when someone can take all of your details from what you have put into the computer. E.g. Credit Card details, Home address.
Computer Hacking
A computer hacker is a person who finds out weaknesses in the computer and exploits it. Hackers may be motivated by a number of reasons, such as profit, protest, or challenge. While other uses of the word hacker exist that are not related to computer security, they are rarely used in mainstream context. They are subject to the long standing hacker definition controversy about the true meaning of the term hacker. Computer hackers are very skilled people they can access details that only you have the right to see. They are known to have hacked some of the big businesses in the world.
Cyber Bullying
Cyberbullying is the use of the Internet and related technologies to harm other people, in a deliberate, repeated, and hostile manner. As it has become more common in society, particularly among young people, legislation and awareness campaigns have arisen to combat it. The term “cyberbullying” was first coined and defined by Canadian educator and anti-bullying activist Bill Belsey, as “the use of information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group, that is intended to harm others.
Advantages of using computers in healthcare are that you can monitor people by computer and it will give you all the information about the person that is being monitored and you can store information of people e.g. Blood Type, Heart Rate
Disadvantages of using computers in healthcare are that if there is an electrical problem you can’t use any equipment and you may lose patients details and then you would not know anything about then and you can’t do any emergency operation because the electric is down and you cant make anybody better
Advantages- Easily accessible at anytime convenient to the student

There are lots of advantages of using computers in a workplace. If you are communicating with other people via email who are in the same industry/ workplace you can email them things about what you have got to do and if you are working in an office for a company and you are creating a logo for the company you can email your friends in the workplace to show them your work. Also the computers can hold information about the personal details of your customers and then if you have got there details you can contact them.
There are a few disadvantages of using computers in a workplace. If you have got lots of customers and you are self employed and you are very busy at a ceratin time of the year and they want you to do a job e.g. unfreeze the water pipes in winter, you have you inbox blocked up with lots of emails form customers you may be distracted replying to the emails instead of doing the physical side of the work.

WordPress is a good way of communicating with others people form around the world because it is very secure because if you write a comment about something and someone you don’t know writes something back that is horrible you do not have to put it on your blog it will ask you if you want the comment on your blog or not. Another good reason in why WordPress is a good method of communication is that it is very quick and easy to use and you can look at other peoples blog if they are on about the same topic as you are. Example I am doing about venture Clothing and so is Faz97 and i can look at his blog and see what he has posted on his wall. Also word press offers you lots of things that are just like e-mailing e.g. you can upload pictures and annotate the and also you can send posts to your blog for lots of people to read and you can add links into your posts as well e.g. Pictures and songs.It is very good for communicating if you are working on a project with a group of people because you can send then links of your work if you have done your work on the computer and they can send you there’s and you can comment on it.Another good reason is that it is very fast and it notifies you if you have a follower or if you have a comment that you want to approve and put on your blog.
